i have the same thing as this topic. same dl/ul speeds and everything and same problems. if its capped and i call my isp what do i say and all that. i dont really know any of this stuff but i want my speeds as high as i can get them. and if i do call them and they get the speeds to the advertised speeds or higher speeds would it cost any extra, im thinking that it wouldnt because that is what they advertise and all but i dont know. any help wuld be nice.
