Yup....Compared to other countries, our internet speed is quite slow but the speeds I'm getting is actually considered fast in my country(our national average is around 1 mbps I believe)....

I'm paying $24 a month promised speed is 7.2 mbps down It's a true unlimited HSPA+ plan from one of our local carriers here...Since it's it's unlimited, I'm using it for my home internet...
