hello guys well i have an adsl connection 2272/288 Kbps i get decent speeds se below, but the pages take forever to load as soon as i hit go......waits.......waits.......waits........loads it takes ages, what am i doing wrong :::.. i am trying to connect to another computer in the house using an ethernet cable, i take out the one plugged into my router and plug it into the other computer nothing happens it just says its not connected, how to i connect to the other computer using ethernet just to share files , e.g create a small home network, dont need to share net coneection, just files what shall i do. please help

hey guys, i have a problem guys, i had just re-installed xp home on my pc as it was all clogged up, now only to find that it first let me go-on straight after doing that xp registration screen thing. now whenever i boot up, it asks for it ( well not everytime like 2/4 times), it will only work if i choose cd and 1st boot-up and then have xp disc in then it will work, what is going on. here are my pc specs Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo-p Intel Pentium 4 cpu @ 3.4ghz 2gb of RAM what can be going wrong

I have had Bt Broadband for over 2-3 years now and jkust having my upgrade to 8mb I got a letter tellin my they are going to change my cap from 40gb to 20gb, this isn't fair as I am going to pay for a 40gb cap and get 20gb. I then asked for my mac code and was told I couldn't get it grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr for some reason then the lady says that if i were to cancel today, as I was enrolled into a new contract after an upgrade which i never asked for I will have to pay
