they're sending a guy out tomorrow because a phone call didn't resolve anything...However, looking at the modem, the signal to noise ratio is very very low (below 30) and the power level is -19db....... Hopefully the visit will solve the issue..

I'm on the Cox preferred plan. I was getting about 520-530 KB/sec down but then an installer came out today to add cable and I'm down to 503 KB/sec down.... 1. Running Win XP 2. Cox Cable 4mbps download, 512Kbps upload 3.
