My mistake it's a DW 7700 modem. No i bought it from Ground Control, a Direcway dealer. The package i'm after is called Small Office 256/1544, and Ground Control informs me that they are working with Hughes to get this Bandwidth released (256/1544) They also tell me that they could do the install, but until the space is availiable (Sat, bandwidth ...) it won't function.

I bought the DW 700 package 7/15/05, received the modem and dish 9/20/05. Now the services department tells me that Hughes hasn't released the bandwidth for my system yet? And their not sure when they will release it? Does anyone know when they will get this up and running? Or should i send it all back and get Starbend service instead?
