I'm in the Nash . . . but I'm not holding my breath go ahead and recontact support - should be in 5's if you indeed have upgrade. support can receive up and down stats, if not whre should be ask for credit, once u get above level 3 support u should get someone more intelligent to discuss issue with. DON"T GIVE UP - they thrive on those that let it go . . .

what city / area are u located? could be tied to ur issue. check to see if u have others in ur area with same thing. example - node in illinois i am attached to is overloaded, when everyone on u can get no more than 4 down, when clear it's 6.1 . . .
