I'm in the Nash . . . but I'm not holding my breath go ahead and recontact support - should be in 5's if you indeed have upgrade. support can receive up and down stats, if not whre should be ask for credit, once u get above level 3 support u should get someone more intelligent to discuss issue with. DON"T GIVE UP - they thrive on those that let it go . . .

what city / area are u located? could be tied to ur issue. check to see if u have others in ur area with same thing. example - node in illinois i am attached to is overloaded, when everyone on u can get no more than 4 down, when clear it's 6.1 . . .

personally agree - don't like ANYONE that trys to control what you say or where u go, view etc. Unfortunately, as with all things, places, activities, there is a general "right and wrong" and should somehow be monitored and checked - take driving, noone likes speed limits but if everyone drove 150mph someone would get hit that didn't deserve it - controlled this happens much less of the time but still happens - I've read that there is some thought to an internation group to monitor activity on the net - trying to get to a point where EVERYONE has access and abusers are banned or restricted in some way. still and all - DSLreports does a great service for alot of folks and does not deserve to be hit like they are
