  1. How do you know what package I have? My real problem is with rufus. I'm only download 1-5 kbs and uploading 10-20 kbs. How can I fix this?

  3. How do I find out the advertised speed? NVM I think I got it 384 kbs sound right?
  4. I am running windows xp. I dont have that sp2 thing and I dont know where to get it and my provider is rogers. I was told by someone that with rogers I wont beable to increase it.
