7. It is in ethernet. Don't know how to check to see if I have the latest drivers for my NIC. I don't know how to set my NIC duplex mode to 10mb half duplex for Cable.

I am running windows xp. I dont have that sp2 thing and I dont know where to get it and my provider is rogers. I was told by someone that with rogers I wont beable to increase it.

How do you know what package I have? My real problem is with rufus. I'm only download 1-5 kbs and uploading 10-20 kbs. How can I fix this?
