Everybody, look!! My download speed is less than 1Mbps. If it is during peak hours, it's even worse. I called Rogers tech support today and have them check on my modem and everything, they said everything looks fine on their end and there is nothing wrong with my modem. Even the tech support guy has no idea why my download speed is so slow. I have tested it with and without the router connected, as well as ran the test on different computer, but all the same. The download speed sometimes is even slower than my upload speed. What a crap!! The tech support guy said that he'll have the engineers to take a look tomorrow, but they'll probably say the same that they have no problem with their end. Geez... what can I do? Help!!! :::.. I have Extreme as well. but look at my crappy download speed, it makes no difference than the Express. my upload is good though. :::..
