I just tried downloading a few files from download.com, and they were averaging at about 1mb/s.
But on a different website, it started at 200kB/s, but then VERY quickly dropped to 40kb/s. Actually, at download.com, it started at about 1.3mb/s but also dropped very quickly to about 1mb/s and in the 800/900's as the download progressed. Do you know why this is? And why some servers have slower speeds? Thanks.
