Hi Kbert-
-
Well I am stuck with a 54 on a crystal clear day:whaa: Just checked it was 49!
Installer did not want to adjust it any. He just grounded the coax and ran. Did not ground the dish. Oh well. Loser! He tried to use a piece of 20 g al wire to go from the ground block to the ground rod. I asked him if it was code, and offfered him some # 10 cu wire :angry3:Dumbass! I sure wish he would of dialed up my dish. We get a lot of rain here.

LLLL- my speed is 4 Kbps, yours is 23 Kbps! That is not the same speed.
I bet you can load a web page much faster with 23 Kbps then I can with 4 Kbps. Not the same. I do not know for sure but I think I would be happy with 23 Kbps. I have never had it over 5 Kbps in the 6 days I have had this POS!

sainteds- Nice! Is it the same with the "largest" file size?
What is your upload speed?
Thanks.

mjsred- If you have had it for 2.5 weeks you have 1.5 weeks left on your 30 day trial.
Everybody gets a 30 day trial!
Ask them to put your account on hold and not start the 30 day trial until you have some decent upload speeds that will allow you to surf the web as fast as a dial up. That is not asking to much.
You should also be credited at least $3.33 per day from the install date until your upload speeds are acceptable, at least 20 Kbps??. Then start the 30 day trial. Do not settle for less!
