Hey guys new update... My parents called rogers to switch our phone line to roger from bell (I don't know why they did that.... I hate rogers) so the techician came today and the neighbors immediatly shutoff their downloads making me look like a dumbass while I explained to him my problem. yup same time everyday.... And yeah the bad thing about cable is that you have to share the net traffic with ppl in ur neighborhood. It's usually about 4 houses using the same "cablebox" located outside of our house, where every rogers customer can acess 1) I hear him pull up the driveway at around 4:45pm 2) I see my ping go up at 500-700 on 4:49pm 3) I get pissed off and shakes my fist towards his house 4) I come here to check for new msges I remember there was this one time where the net was not moving at all! and I had a paper due so I went over and told him to slow down his uploads, and the lag were gone. The next day it was back on to surferable 56k speed.

lol I already tried that it still lags... the best way to screw him up is to use my sis's notebook and get on his wireless router (he doesn't have password) and I change his settings... but they go back the next 2 hrs.. but yeah that's the only way, too bad I can't keep doing this since my sis is never home with her notebook (at university).

lol you have done enuff already... the cost of them coming out is not the problem. It's just that I don't want to look like a fool when they come, since the neighbors will shut off their uploads for sure, (meaning my connection will be back to 4.5Mbps). Lol don't worry abt this problem I've ignored it for the past 2 months, a day or 2 won't really matter to me xD
