Is it just me, or has the Reverend deleted all his info. regarding Direcway?

I've not been here for some time, and recently lost everything on my computer that died, but I had downloaded some files that he posted for help with speeds and stuff.

One of the most amazing entities I have ever met!

Upload 7 Day Stats (Overall Average = 81 Kbps :: 10 KB/sec)

YET....

Download 7 Day Stats (Overall Average = 399 Kbps :: 49 KB/sec)

The benefit of these higher upload speeds marks the disadvantage in my download speeds. STILL SUCKS!

Oh MY Gawd!  You must be right down the road from me!? 

Same exact situation here for me as well.  I even offered to pay to have cable lines run to my home.  Still refused me.  It's getting sadder and meaner too.  Each neighbor directly next to me via North, West, South, East all have cable, but I suppose I own too many acres between homes?  Or big brother just wants to make life miserable 4 me!?

i have it the worst.

  After explaining to billing dept. that I wanted to cancel due to the disappointing download speeds, hours of down time, and endless calls to tech without resolve, the rep. transferred me to customer service which I had to spew the reasons again of why I wanted to cancel my service. (mind you, I'm over the 30 days).

Went to cxl Direcwaste and as last resort, they sent me to 'Tom" who was stumped to find that this is a first !!! Someone to have upload speeds greater than download speeds consistantly.

DIRECWASTE does not like to ever bend, break, modify their contracts, rules, promises, lies, etc....

OK this is the lay of the Sat's.....you are on AMC3....I don't know if that good ....or.....bad. Can't say I've heard of anyone else on it.

How do I tell which satellite I'm on?

However, it has been beyond 30 days 4 me.  I'm going thru all the hoops they tell me to and then if they don't rectify issue, then I suppose I'll have to go the Legal Schmegal means.  Hmmmmmmmmmm...........

DWay is also aware that my signal strength has never been above 51.  They insist that has no bearing on my issues.

I too find that my dial-up was
