umm... im talking about like, making a bat file, that will check to see if it needs a proxy, possibly by like pinging the proxy? Then enabling it, if it can ping it... otherwise keep it off, know what i mean? i just need a document to execute a check and to load it.

Can someone help me with a script that will search for a proxy, and if it cant be found, just use no proxy?, ex. home = no proxy work = proxy an auto switch.. thanks

omg. I have a 8meg connection and 5 computers on the network running with 2 access points and a enitred networked homesystem, VPN everthing, all my computers test out 7.8-8.1 megs.

8 Megs, COMCAST.. ill repeat 8 MEGS! beat that. Uhhh i think 80 bucks, and it comes with a fileplanet unlimited sucribtion... or something like that... now to find the password

so nosey, lol .. but my school has that ..... they have VPN routers, i hope it helps.
