I play Americas Army and was a leader in a clan but we just stopped due to several reasons. I got up this morning and told Insight about my problem again and still they try and say they see nothing wrong. LOL he said I could send someone out but I doubt they will fix anything because it appeared to be ok to him. I showed him my test and he wanted me to try another place and it still showed very low downloads. The problem is they are overloaded and know it just igoring it because the casual net surfer doesnt notice like a gamer would. I set mine the same as yours coknuck and I still get bad results. I check for viruses and spyware quite often. :::.. I have the same problem. I am getting less than 1 meg half the time. I have called and called, they came the last time before I got home and I had to call him back to tell me what they did. He said everything was fine and I had to actually show him my test and ping test. Like you said they are in no hurry but aware of the problem. I am into online gaming and Insight has ruined that.
