I am on Comcast Broadband cable internet, and I use Windows 98 SE. My results look a little slow to me, expecially the upload. BTW, what is the difference between upload and download? Does my slow upload speed effect how fast it takes to d/l mp3s? Thanks in advance for your replies! :::..
