got cable nut and tcp optimizer but no matter what only get 2.3 to 2.5 meg download and it say's iam 40 to 45% faster anyone know how to speed up please help!!!!! posted a copy of my speed as attachment hope thats how you do it.

this helped take check box out of enable tcp filtering and the biggest is uncheck in internet options advance tab use passive fpt your speed will triple it did on mine after a month of trying use tune utilitys 2006 from zdnet trial software and optimize at 2 meg or more it will work
