From what I can tell in my modem logs, my modem is trying to pull a new firmware update, but is not being successful. My modem appears to be provisioned correctly as well. This just started today, and has happened about 7-8 times now. And everytime it does my connection drops. Here are the entries that I am seeing
2006-02-23 16:05:50 error SW upgrade Failed after download - Incompatible SW file SW file:befcmu10v2_115-0714.p7b - SW server:68.87.68.31

I have tried calling Comcast, and even spoke to a level 2 tech, where I had to argue with them that the only way I get a firmware update is through them via their servers.
Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas and/or suggestions?
