Hi Swimmer. I did the "cmd" and got this 67.18.179.851 with 32 bytes of data packets sent 4 received 4 lost 0 round trip times in milli sec. Min=16 ms Max=18 and Av.=17ms. Not sure what all this means ,but sure hope you do. Thanks BK

Hello again Swimmer I think I found out how to "ping" is this it:Network Diagnostics tool.Open Help and Support>Click 'Use Tools to view your computer information and diagnose problems'>Select Network Diagnostics under Tools. I did this and it said everything passed,modem,ethernet and so forth...... Thanks again... BK

Hi Brock. Mostly just RR and some games I can go to popcap games and play those but that is it. And most all other pgs load fine. Thanks BK.

Hi Swimmer Thanks for the quick reply.. I have to say I don't know what "ping the modem" is. I just looked in my device manager and found my ethernet card and updated it,but I still can't D/L... Will keep trying.. BK and Thanks for the welcome

Hi all I sure could use some help here please. I can't seem to download anything and my Road runner home Pg won't come up. I have scanned with AVG,Spybot, Microsoft antispyware,Stinger and Microsofts malicious software remover. I have scanned in and out of safe mode. Nothing I have done has helped at all. It also will not let me play any on line games. If anyone out there has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate the help. thanks BK.
