ok, so i've had this problem for awhile and havent been able to fix it.
I've already tried stuff like cable nut and such.
Im running Windows XP sp 2, and my isp is Verizon Online DSl.
Im on the 1.5mb / 384 kb package.

Download Speed is:: 84 kB/s

Test Time:: 2006/03/16 - 2:44pm
Bottom Line:: 12X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 12.19 sec
Tested from a 386 kB file and took 4.578 seconds to complete
