kinda. I went to DSL reports and did their tweak test but I dont understand that stuff. I really want to increase my upload speed if possible through tweaking. If anyone can help with that that would be awesome. It's for Halo 2 in case you wondered why

oh you know about my company? I thought about getting a business plan out here, but unfortunately this is personal to my apartment. I live in Houston (Sugar Land to be more precise) and that is simply RR Premium. The best connection I have ever got in my life. It's like $69.a month, and the reason it's really high like that especially in peak hours is that Time Warner just upgraded our area to be able to handle more traffic. a LOT more. Premuim used to be about 5500ish for me, now its about 7600ish with the upgrades. Anyone with RR, know this. Time Warner updates their equipment every 6 months or so. So go exchange your old modems for new ones. They don't advertise this fact, but I do it just to ensure that i dont get old modems that don't work as well. Take the old one to the nearby equipment center and tell them you want to exchange it

I am new to the Houston (more specifically) the Sugarland area. And I am searching for the fastest broadband ISP money can buy. I'm not looking into business classes (T1's and such...) just your typical premium cable/DSL service. I am willing to spend $100/mo give or take for my service Currently I have roadrunner premium to hold me over, and frankly on the 8Mbit service, I am barely pushing 4... so is it my config or does rr just suck because of high metropolitan area bandwidth usage? thanks for all your help
