Not trying to steal this thread but I'm seeing this issue as well. I'm on a MB Pro and I've tried Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. After several attempts, it did work once using the Express Test! 25.4 MB option under Download Test. On another attempt, it stalled at the 29% mark on the download. Even now, on dallas4 using a 16.4 MB Express Test, it's still stalling.
