  1. I have been experiencing lousy service from Northland Cable in Seneca, SC. Their website suggested TestMyNet so I ran a test. https://testmy.net/stats/?&t=u&l=250&q=sharonchandler I am going to go to their office and let them see the results, but I am not sure how much good that will do with the office people. What I am wondering about is there any way I can put pressure on them to fix the problems, like reporting the results to the FCC or something like that. I am obviously not savvy about how to deal with their tech people as they have me rebooting my router, etc. and jumping through all kinds of hoops before I get to speak to someone who may or may not know what they are talking about. I am paying for 24 up and 5 down. Any suggestions are welcome.
