I work for the US Air Force. thats actually looks like the landing lights that its required to be on during take off, taxing or landing. If it was flares the brightness should be a lot higher. Imaging a flare hitting the ground at low altitude can burn thru concrete seen it before

As a military member I agree with cholla we are been monitor 24/7 for security reason @ work I notice some times I have blazing speeds (off peak of course) but some time during off peak its soo sloooow that you wont be able to do your job

If someone has a publicly listed number you can also just type the number in Goolge and it will give you their address. I'm not sure if it works for buisness' numbers yet.

Your cable company for ISP may trow a new line anyways just for your internet that what they did to me I have DirecTv and Cox Internet
