What the 'EF'!?!?
I have the Westell 6100 DSL modem, and the connection is terrible.
It constantly cuts out, not working at all and giving me black pages in Internet Explorer.
I have called verizon several times, and when I finally get an actual person on the phone.......I still end up not getting results in the long run. I am guessing that the problem may be in my computer......
I use Limewire for sharing, and it says that I have a firewall up, but I have no idea where it is, or how to shut it down. Could it be that?
Well, anyhoo.... I posted my test results, and I may as well have dial-up.
Can someone please help!?!?
