I think my isp is messin with me or something because, I did all everything amc11890 suggested and there were no big changes but the next day after i turned it back on it changed BIG TIME! Kind o new to this site. Very nice by the way. I was wondering if my download speed is normal Im running winXP sp2 up to date,motorola surfboard sb5100. I called my isp and they say that my download speed is normal but from the test that i do here is showing way below normal. Just wondering what you think Are they lying to me?
