Here is my result when I check my d/l speed between 10a.m and 12 a.m (same result everyday)
10am :     43.4Mbps     5.4MB/s
3pm :       45.2Mbps     5.7MB/s 
6pm :       36.9Mbps     4.6MB/s
7pm :       18.8Mbps     2.4MB/s
9pm :       3.4Mbps       425kB/s
12am :     17.7Mbps     2.2MB/s

WHY ?
