dway DW7000 w/static IP - how to set up port forwarding?

Ok lol ... I have a DW7000... I have "Home Pro Plan", I have a Linksys router.... It seems no matter what i can not get any port to work with DW7000. I forward the ports on my rotuer and it still doesnt work... I dont know i just dont have a clue anymore...
