To have them ask me to run several speed tests.. The Techie told me that "they" feel that since I was over 200Kbps that, this speed is "very reasonable" and that if it drops below that again, I should give them a call.. I have installed the newest software - 4.2.x.x or whatever is on the DirecWay website...This test is with the numbers MtnFolk posted.. We'll see what happens I suppose.

Van - I will try them all.. Is it normal for so many blanks to be empty? Such as on the file DW4000 MTU 1460 there are quite a few blanks as well as with DW400 MTU 1460 with AFD Tweak... The only one that has a full page of "stats" is DW400 MTU 1460_VanBuren_test.

Van - I tried that file once.. and the whole internent went south on me.. I had to go back to my old settings to even get webpages to load.. The speed test locked up so I didn't get a reading.. I am thinking about attempting to install SP2... However a 75meg download at these speeds is gonna take some time. Why was my internet able to hit 1000Kbps last night for 1 test and then slowed down soo horribly soo quickly? I just ran websetup again, to see if that might correct any problems.. doesn't look like it did.. I am now running the same settings that I did when I hit the 1000Kpbs last night, however, it's still very slow.. :::.. Secondly - let me give you my system as best I can... custom pc 1gig ram 140gb of HD running DW4000 (as best I know - TX and RX one on top of the other) 4.0.3.9 version software.. Windows XP service pack 1 ( i need to get SP2) My setup worked very well up until last week when my HDD died... OK, this I truly do not understand.. I reboot the computer and come back online to do some more tests... These tests are all horrible.. Hey guys- I don't know if this helps you any - I am a consumate newb at this satellite tweak stuff.. I took the file posted by ccr1958 and copied it directly into my Cablenut.. I was able to go from getting about 7.XX% of my hosts average to getting these results.. I cannot find any other files? When I opened cable nut - essentially all but my 5 or 6 of the slots were blank??? I looked in the ccs file and for satellite I only find like 2k and 9k... no other files... is this correct? I ran several tests.. each test got slower and slower... the first test i ran was blazing.. very fast.. I got 1XXX Kbps and something like 20X faster than 56K.. test #3 :::..
