Thanks for your help guys.
I guess I should have gone into more detail as to what I had done already. I do have a DW7000, and as (dlewis23) suggested I went to www.dslreports.com/faq/13545 and followed that advice. I first went into start, control pnl, lan connections, internet protocol (TCP/IP) properties and clicked on use the following IP and added the IP ADDR, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway, then clicked on Use the following DNS Server Address and added the Preferred and Alternate DNS Server Address. Then backed out of that and restarted machine and went into Run and added COMMAND and in DOS typed IPCONFIG to verify all. Then put in software for new Linksys BEFSX41 router and followed directions. It read my IP Config.I then changed the cabling to place my router in line. Then went into router at 192.168.1.1 to verify everything. Did Port Forwarding on camera. Then went into my browser and first typed local IP 192.168.1.254 and my camera came up. Then went into browser again and typed in my static IP 67.xx.xxx.xx0 and again my camera came up. Would appear all is well, at least behind router. When I go to www. whatismyip.com it comes up with a different IP. Hughes uses a transparent proxy, which they claim wont hurt a thing. I then went to DynDNS and set up an account. They have two ways of checking your IP. The first one (checkip.dyndns.org) finds the same IP as whatismyip finds which WILL NOT WORK, but their second one (checkip.dyndns.org:8245) does in fact find my static IP. However when someone from outside of my router tries to put in my address to look at camera it does not work. I have tried everything I can think of to get this thing to work. My knowledge of networking is zero. I have read everything I could get my hands on plus what you guys have shared with me and still no success.
I am beginning to wonder if "Anyone that has a Hughes Satellite Connection with a Static IP has ever been able to make it work?" I can't see any difference between their so called static IP and the dynamic IP.
I sure hope someone can get me on the right track because as it stands right now I am dead in the water, so to speak.
Thanks,
Desperate
