Forgive me if this is an old question, or if it's not one that is appropriate for this list. Question: what is the speed/bandwidth that is reasonable to actually expect from cable hook ups to Internet? And/Or: what may one legally expect from cable hook-ups? I'm getting ~ 89% up, and 67% down ("of host average" -- rr.com).
