i have centurytel dsl. 1500 Kbps download 256Kbps upload. that is what pay for.
although my modem diagnostics has my connection listed as 2400Kbps download
and 256Kbps upload. i am running windows xp sp2. i have avast 4.7 free version.
here is my problem i have terrible speeds during the daytime but at 12am midnight i can download at anywhere from 200kB/s to 250kB/s until like 12pm
what is the problem here?
