mine just suddenly desconects sometimes. or "Freezes" and i just have to unplug the DW6000 system and reconnect and it resets..and it works fine it usually happens when im downloading way too much stuff and overloading the bandwith.

if your computer doesnt detect it.that meens that you dont have something right in the bios settings. or dont have the jumpers set up the right way they are suppose to be. and if you cant detect it in windows when you go to my computer and its not there its probably because its not formatted. and its unpartioned. so you bought this hard drive "? New? i think the problem is that its unformated to what i see...

ive had dway for a while now but recently moved and they had to move my satellite to my new house. regarding what sat im on.i dont have any kind of idea and i agree with you guys..its just probably too manyu people accesing the internet.which sucks . direcway should do something about it.i dont know what.but their connection is getting slower and slower everytime.

it was higher like yesterday i had around 900 :S but it went down today.i think im mest it up somehow lol

is the second hard drive formatted?
