Basically, what you query on your screen is what will also be exported.

 

To filter by test type click the upload or download arrows at the top of the details table below the graph.  I'll post a video when I get on my computer.

Perhaps I'm blind and just didn't notice it, but is there a way to get a separate export for downloads and uploads?
