I recently started having some issues with my download speed fluctuating and slowing down alot. I went through all my hardware to reasure the firmware was updated and made sure all was OK on my end. Then I called Insight to inquire of the problem. They told me it was a problem on there end but told me I have to return call them to be updated on the issue. A coworker lives on the same street and 5 blocks away from me and runs 3.8 to 4 meg all the time. I'm running 1.3 to 1.4
