This is what you bought. If you go to the Control Panel URL, and login with the username and password supplied to you, you will be able to access some of the site controls.

MySQL: To create your MySQL database go in your Cpanel Account and click on the

"MySQL Databases" Menu. You must create a database and a username with password.

Then you must add the username to the database.
