Comcast taking over TimeWarner/Roadrunner

As part of the Adelphia deal, Time Warner and Comcast also traded some areas. LA was mostly Adelphia and went to Time Warner, so Comcast swapped it's LA base for Time Warner's Houston base and so on. As sunrisesplicer said, it is because it is cheap to upgrade systems where you have a large base.
