I have no idea why since I did not change anything since the tweaks made above, I even had Anti-Virus on, but I had a major improvement on a testmy.net I just did. I am afraid to test again since that might have been a fluke. Optimum is supposed to be delivering 15/2 speeds I believe.

I just did a quick comparison of testmy.net and this speedtest.net. I am supposed to have 15/2 speeds I think but this is what I got which is kind of the reverse of what I expected (I thought testmy would be lower than speedtest). testmy.... 9884 download, 1764 upload speedtest.. 9468 download, 1763 uopload optimum site's "test" 12600 download, 2500 upload

I am new here, use OptimumOnline with a Motorola 5120, have tried the Cablenut program, used some of the suggested adjustments from Blunted 2 (I downloaded the VanBuren zip file but really have no idea which one to try out) and figured I would post my current situation.
