i say all of us insightBB customers call up insight at the same time and tell them to do things the right way instead of half-ass =)

coknuck, i contacted a CEO of level3... they said there isn't a problem.. they have a limit of packets or something..

i found out that i have to get a new modem=( its not staying in sync or something.. it works ok for 1 hour.. then it goes like crap

ah, my speeds were always better than coknucks.. but, i upgraded then degraded that made my speeds slower... i used to be able to pull 7 mbps on the 4 mb package
