Tryimg to figure out my issue when playing this games on PC. When I go out of sync with out players I jumped out of the game and ran a few tests. My latency to dallas and NY is

Sometimes it lets me in after I go to a un used corner of the map and wait. Most of the time I get kicked.
Is my latency high?
I am in the US east coast on comcast.
test my pc (ie temps ) and all is well.
