Hello,
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section but heres my problem. For about the past 2-3 months I have had issues with my cable internet going out. The light for cable on the modem would go out and start a slow blinking endless loop. I recently figured out that it can not be just WOW it was too often and found out they were using a 2way splitter for my tv and the cable. I thought what the heck maybe its going bad and once I plugged the cable line directly into the wall then the light came back on woo hoo, I thought I fixed it but now my speeds are nothing I have tried many of the tweaking guides and software programs. I have also tried different cables / resetting everything and was wondering if anyone has had the same problem or knows a fix or where I should try and start looking for more problems.
Thanks,
Mike Green
