here is my speed during peak hours of users 5pm - 12am, ive found consistency after doing the tweaks, but i never really remembered what ive done!  how do i go for 400 up, can anyone help me???

Download :: 372 Kbps or 0.37 Mbps (45 kB/s)

Upload :: 365 Kbps or 0.4 Mbps (45 kB/s)

I've mixed up all the tweak, and didn't remember what ive done, but it gets me to my satisfactory result...
