did i really mess up by posting here? am i going to be hacked into and/or scammed by a good hacker? glad i asked for help here ... i am a girl by the way and my husband who passed away in a wreck which left me a quadreplegic name was bobby as well who setup our email.

i'm pay for 1.5 but it says for download speeds upto 1.5 the next one up is 7mbps

however i am dumb when it comes to speed kbps and mbps if my icon says i'm connected at 24mbps but my test speed is no where near that what's the deal? thanks
