so i should run the norton firewall and then run the test?

The shortcut that was there, was for Norton Firewall. Is that correct? I use Zonealarm right now, but I read on this forum that sygate is better. Is Sygate free? Thanks.

I have run the avg, spybot, ad aware, ccleaner, defragged and diskcleaner before posting. And my windows is updated. Just a side note.

I use wired (high speed internet through my telephone line). I am not sure exactly the advertised upload/download speed. Where do I find this? I ran some kind of ping test found in the sticky at the top of this forum, but wasnt sure if I should post it. i have cable nut installed. I use a program called tweaknowregcleaner.
