All the lights are on with the old cable. With a new cable, the transmit and system lights are blinking. I restarted the modem and it is properly grounded. All cables are tight

I have a very bizarre problem. I have internet from Hughes and before I went on holiday all was working perfect. From the modem it went to a router and then to 3 computers, no problem. When I came back, the router was not working anymore, do not now why. I unplugged all before I left. I went for a new router and the same problem
