My speeds with charter used to be great; I'd get 3.3mb with their 3mb service. But now, I am getting 1.98mb. I called and complained, the tech told me my signal levels looked good. They are sending a tech out to my house because clearly something is wrong. The tech mentioned it was possibly my computer, but I don't think that is the reason. Anyway I'll find out tomorrow. It would be nice to have 3mb speeds again lol.
