I need help Van Buren in step 8 were it says Find a big file to download where you get full speed, start the download and now ping your isp (for optimal ping to use later is the ping to your first hop). I cant find that file were is it.

My cable company, "Qwest Choice Online" doesnt have an advertised speed. It says Dowload: Open; Upload: Open.

Man do you live in Phoenix?, becuase i had "Qwest Choice Online" and it sucked. Damn i wish i had that much upload.

Well these are good speeds but i wish i had more upload than download. Like a 2 meg upload would sound good.
