that means my speed is 2mbps plus? because i have a download speeed of 404..whoohohoohoh

last night..im asking to how become administrator in the cnaopy page and someone help me so i change my download speed at canopy page from 256 to 800 and 200 in upload..right now when i download maps for battlefield 2 i reached the download speed from 20 to 404 omg.. can someone explained me how did i achieve that speed?? and it didnt go down anymore.. i can download 60mb file in 3 mins... thank you all for helping me
