well a week ago they came because my modem wasn't receiving block sync (dunno if thats the right term) from comcast they found the problem to be that i might have a damged drop (which was never fixed) and the sync signal was coming in way to high so my modem didn't pick it up.

ok i just called up comcast thier sending a technician out to me by tomorrow

wow i am doing disk defagmenter and have of my disk space is red (fragmented files) i nevre imagined this that this would happen so early on after i just reformated my system i will tell you guys how the speed is after the defragmentation

i have to spyware programs already on my comp adware by lavasoft and spybot i will try van's guide but it kinda looks confusing to me, not very good with messing around with internet related things.
